Bella was so incredibly helpful and sweet! She took her time to show me different pieces and help me try on to decide on something I really wanted. Both the solid gold and fashion jewelry are gorgeous. I will definitely be returning not only for the beautiful pieces but also because of the wonderful service!

Gen Maczko was so helpful! The store was very crowded for Black Friday but she managed to be efficient with various customers of different ages (20-60s) & made an effort to talk to and connect with all of them. She helped me find a perfect earring stack and anticipated my needs of both purchases and a jewlery replacement. She created an incredible and personalized experience for different customers in a very crowded store.

We had a great experience at this store/location! We were greeted with a warm welcome and immediately helped. The nice young gal who helped us was very friendly and attentive. My daughter was there to get help with a past purchase and we were very happy (& surprised) by how they handled it. Big thanks to the store and the worker who helped us! My daughter will be back.

Just came back from the store at the Spectrum Center, I came with a bracelet that I was hoping to pay to send to be plated (my fault for training with my not solid gold jewelry) I was so surprised by the customer service, instead of taking my money and sending it to replaying it they just replaced it altogether at the spot. I was in and out the store with a brand new bracelet! Wow! Never got an amazing service like that. Thank you, I will definitely keep buying from you!

Bought a necklace here a couple years ago, had a good experience with the purchase and lots of compliments on the necklace, but the clasp broke last week. I took it in today because I thought I remembered something about them repairing their jewelry if it breaks, but they just totally replaced it for free! It was so easy and fast, and the woman who helped me was great. I ended up buying a new earring for my cartilage piercing while I was there and another woman who helped me was patient and helped me try a couple different ones to decide (she disinfected them with alcohol before I tried each). I love their jewelry style anyway, but this whole experience reinforced that I’ll be back!

I came to Gorjana to buy a Christmas gift for my MIL. I was warmly greeted by Genevieve, who showed me a few bracelets. After picking out the perfect one, I found a necklace for myself. Genevieve was friendly and made pleasant small talk while showing me several beautiful pieces and answering questions about prices. A couple weeks later, I came back to buy a bracelet for myself. I was immediately greeted by Genevieve again saying she remembered me and inquiring if I liked the necklace I had picked out on my previous trip. I was impressed that she remembered me and my purchase. Although the store was busy, Genevieve gave me her undivided attention, was warm and funny, but not pushy. She happily showed me 6 different bracelets and gave me time to pick what I wanted. I had to special order a smaller size and she quickly helped me to do that. The bracelet arrived about 2 days later, beautifully wrapped and perfect. Not only am I impressed with Gorjana’s fine jewelry line, but also Genevieve’s superior customer service. Thank you for making my shopping experience so pleasant, Genevieve and Gorjana.
